I called Elk & Elk for a possible malpractice case for my husband's botched surgery. I was told we had a case of neglect against the surgeon. The attorney said he would call us back. A week later, no call, so I called him. I was told to leave a message on his voicemail, as he was on the phone. I left the message. Three weeks later, no call returned. Words of warning, don't waste your time with Elk & Elk. There are tons of malpractice attorneys in Cincinnati that care and know how to return a phone call. It was a BIG RED FLAG for me. Fortunately it was the beginning of the case and issue at hand, and I found out what the future would hold with these folks just by not returning our first call. Telling a possible client you would call Ohio Medical Board and call back with information and then never call back is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Elk & Elk. What? You want to be paid for your time? Our time is valuable also.

I've had Gross and Hahn at my side since 2015. They are fantastic, and I love working with them. Every time I call, I get answers, and if I don't, I hear back within hours. They are easy to talk to and down to earth, never in a rush to get you off the phone and are great listeners. I talked with Mike B today, a great guy who was very easy to talk to and gave me the information I needed. Thanks, Mike. All in all they are all great people to work with.

I have been working with gross and hahn office since 2019 for my disability. They kept working on my case. we never gave up. They did a great job and worked hard and got my case approved. Great job everyone and I thank you.

I strongly Recommend Bill (william price) we tried fighting the ins company ourselfs only to get frustrated and nowhere.I was Introduced to Bill told him my case and worries and im couple days away from deadline of filing. He told me l let him handle it and not to worry.He did everything he said he would and he treated me like a person and not just a $$client.answered all my questions in terms the average person could understand,not all legal. He got some of my medical bills deducted and more money then I was expecting.very happy and appreciative everything he has done for me.If I would ever need an attorney again I will definitely calling him.
