We nearly walked into court on our own. The lifelong results would have been devastating! Instead, we hired Brad! He educated us about what we were getting into, spoke with great knowledge about what we needed, and what he could do to help us. Brad answered his phone quickly, was available via text and email, and encouraged us to call anytime (even over the weekend) if we had questions. In the end, the case is being dismissed and expunged. We were expecting at least a 6 month probation and ended up with an easy 3-month diversion program. I had never been in any kind of prior legal trouble until last winter when I was facing down potential prison time and massive fines for possession of a schedule 1 substance.
