In Simple words - Initial Count - 333.04 - AGGRAVATED SPEED Amendended to - 337.03 - HEADLIGHTS REQ - MOTOR VEHICLE As guaranteed by Mark, he was successfully able to get down the count from 'Aggravated speed' of 4 points (50 mph on 25 mph road ) to charge that is a 0-point, non-moving, equipment violation (Headlight Required on a Motor Vehicle). 0-points on BMV record, no insurance rate increase either. Without any doubt he is your go to guy! He knows his strengths. I highly recommend him.

Mark Gardner is the man when it comes to legal help with moving violations, etc. I live in Chicago and was in Ohio for a short 2 day business trip. I was driving to my hotel from dinner late on a Tuesday night down Chagrin Blvd near Brainard Road when next thing I know, I was being pulled over by 2 police cars. Why you ask? I was wondering the same thing. I was being ticketed for not using my turn signal (in the middle of the night to signal no one) and for going 38 mph….. not 38 mph over the speed limit, just going a flat 38 mph. I was confused as to why I was getting these tickets. Basically I was being harassed for being an out of state driver by a bunch of suburban cops who literally had nothing better to do other than work on hitting their monthly ticket quota. For the record, I have a perfect driving record in IL and haven’t had a moving violation in 10+ years. Well, these 2 tickets may sound benign to you, but they are not. When you get pulled over in Ohio you can plead guilty, pay $100+ fine to the city for the tickets, leave the state and be done with it. Well, it’s not that simple, when you get 2 moving violations in Ohio, that adds up to 4 points in the state of Illinois. If you get 1 more moving violation, this means you can get a license suspension. Totally nuts for not using a turn signal and driving really slow. In addition to having my license borderline suspended, my insurance rates would skyrocket for the next 3-5 years if I did not address these 2 tickets. I knew I had to do something but had no idea who to turn to as I was out of state in a city where I had no contacts. So I turned to Google for help and did a search for “traffic attorneys near me”. I called 3 attorneys from the search and only one attorney out of the three answered the phone. Take a guess which attorney did? I could tell right away Mark knew what he was talking about. He knew exactly what was at stake and needed to be done. The next step was to pay him his fee to retain his services. It’s kind of weird to google someone, talk to them on the phone briefly and send them a fee through PayPal all in a couple of minutes. Back home I have the golden rolodex and only work with people I know with such matters, but in this situation, I had no other choice but to put my faith and trust in Mark. So I sent him his fee (which was more than reasonable after getting a call back from one of the other attorneys I originally called). After paying Mark, he didn’t send me a receipt or anything like that, he just said trust me. I was a bit doubtful, but rolled with it. A week before my court date, I called him to see if he needed anything from me. He actually answered the phone again! It was incredible and couldn’t believe it….. What attorney answers the phone like that?!?! Anyway, he said he didn’t need anything from me and to stop worrying about it. So I did…. I was still a touch concerned. A couple days before the court date I got an authorization to sign from him, which I returned. The court process unfolded and at the end of it, he had the 2 moving violations reduced dramatically to something that would never hit my insurance or my DMV record here in Illinois. As he told me on our first call…. what happens in Ohio dies in Ohio, and that is exactly what ended up happening. Mark is what he appears to be on these google reviews. He knows his stuff inside and out and has the experience to back it up. He does have a strong personality, which I wasn’t exactly sure how to read in the beginning, but after working with him he is really on top of his game every step of the way. I am very grateful that I found Mark and strongly recommend him for whatever legal issues you may need him for.

When it comes to a traffic offense, why do use an attorney? One reason and one reason only. To get the absolute best results possible!!! I am out of state and not knowing anyone for a reference or referral, I did my own research and came up with this gentleman. My research revealed that he genuinely cared about his clients and was not just in this for the money. From the moment I contacted him, till the end result, he was very communicative, handled my situation as if I was his ONLY client, and took a speeding ticket (17 mph over the limit) and made it look as if it never existed!!! This he did for an out of state individual whom he knew ahead of time he may never have business with again!!! Phenomenal job at a reasonable rate, considering what I was asking for, staying communicative the entire time! What else can you POSSIBLY ask for? NOTHING

Upon looking at these reviews, this can’t be the guy I spoke to yesterday! Ignorant & rude as ever. Said I was wasting his time while I was being polite and telling him my situation. I could’ve resulted in insulting him to but I just told him, “I hope you have a better day.”
