We were very pleased with the level of service we received. Susan was very knowledgeable as it related to Estate Planning. Offered several suggestions / recommendations on minor changes that we could make to personal accounts to increase security and ease of transfer of estate assets to our children.

She was so knowledgable, flexible, and totally accommodating with our ever-changing family schedule. Especially at the time I needed someone most after my husband passed Susan was very professional, responsive and personable. Answered all my questions and explained everything. As an escrow officer, I have run into circumstances on files that have required the assistance of legal representation for a buyer or seller in order to proceed with our closing.
