Robert Biales was referred to me by a business associate who said that Attorney Biales was a “straight shooter” with strong trial skills who doesn’t back down. He told me that he and a few of his friends had used Mr. Biales on high end divorce cases with complicated child custody issues and had been very satisfied with their results as am I. Mr. Biales was able to secure for me 50/50 shared parenting with zero child support. I did not have to pay any spousal support even though it was a ten year marriage. Finally, I felt that my property settlement and the even split of parenting and it’s terms were fair in spite of the fact that my divorce and child custody case was highly contested by my ex wife. She was not at all happy with the way it ended. I usually refrain from recommending professionals but I am comfortable to recommend Attorney Biales and the Biales Delchin Law firm.

Bob Biales is an excellent ovi attorney. As the vice president of a large local towing company I am comfortable referring him for dui,ovi, and any criminal defense work.My family has known and used him for over the last 20 years as well as anyone we referred they were always a satisfied customer and spoke well of his representation.

I used the Biales Delchin Law Firm and was very happy with my result. Mr.Biales was able to get convictions expunged from my record that other lawyers told me was not possible. My friend got in big trouble and I referred him to this firm. Mr.Biales got his second degree felony reduced all the way to a misdemeanor. He never even served one day in jail on a felonious assault. In short, Mr. Biales is an excellent attorney who is honest and really cares about his clients. Someone who will go the extra distance for you. I wrote this review because I am grateful for all that he is done for me and, also, to help people find a good attorney who is also a good person.

I retained Biales Delchin to handle an operating under the influence charge with a a refusal to blow. If convicted on DUI I would have lost my job. Basically, my life would have been ruined. My attorney Robert Biales got me fairly immediate driving privileges and eventually was able to get my OVI charge reduced to a physical control. I did not have to do any jail time and I got no court imposed license suspension at all. I was temporarily suspended for my refusal to blow but Mr. Biales got that dismissed completely. I thought that the attorneys and staff at this firm went out of there way to help. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced and, most important to me: EXCELLENT RESULTS!

The attorneys got me full custody of my daughter (no shared parenting) and an excellent property settlement and no spousal support. Biales Delchin is a very professional, competent and honest law firm. I worked with two different attorneys who were both very experienced and really cared about my case. I thought the billing was fair (they are not the cheapest but also lower than many I called and you definitely get value for your money with this firm). All the other lawyers told me I would not get full custody of my daughter but these guys made it happen.

Mr. Biales is a great person and perhaps even a better lawyer. I picked him up for a case where I was charged with a high felony and he managed to get it down to a misdemeanor, it was great. Im a college student and had a lot riding on this case and he helped me out in a major way so if you need a great lawyer for any case this is the man you need.

I was very happy with my experience with this law firm. The attorneys I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and fought unbelievably hard to get me out of a situation that I seriously thought was hopeless. I had a great deal of fear over the situation and my calls were returned promptly even after hours and on weekends. The calls were returned by my attorney who took the time to listen to me and advised me in a way that restored my peace of mind I probably called too much but they were always very friendly, receptive and helpful. I always felt like they really cared about my case and also that they cared about me as a person and genuinely wanted to help me. Many years ago Mr. Biales (we call him Rob) helped me and my wife though some pretty troubling legal times. The federal Gov. had come down on us pretty hard and we were reeling to say the least. He brought us into his office and with compassion and legal expertise guided us through the mine field...making us feel at ease and sure we were in good hands. He took all the time needed and with a great deal of patience solved our immediate problems to the point we were able to move forward with confidence knowing we were heading in the right direction.
