Very caring and understanding. Makes you feel a relief of stress when going through something as terrible as a custody case. Highly recommend Mr Kubyn, he knows what he's doing and he does it very well.

I used russ kubyn for a custody case and he fought with me thru the very end and won. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

I have retained Attorney Kubyn multiple times and he has always fought for me in court. He is very knowledgeable of the court system and laws. I was referred to him by a family friend and he really is the best! I would refer him to anyone that wants to be on a winning team because he is ALL about going the extra mile for his clients. He is down to earth and will tell you the reality of things. He is very responsive and was able to pick up my case on short notice. His paralegal is wonderful! They really care about the work they do and it truly shows in the results.

Shady guy! Horrible experience, negotiated “deals” wo my consent. No fight in this man just wants to take your money and encourage you to settle for far less than what basically entitled to in a divorce. Non responsive in court room. Please note his WIFE had to review him to give him 5 stars to boost his ratings!!! Hmmmm

Russell Kubyn lied to me and told me a judge gave me permission to move out of state when there was an order barring me from moving, then lied to me and told me I didn't have to be at court because that is what I hired him for. I nearly lost custody of my child because he lied to me and now I don't get child support half the time because of the 'deal' he negotiated so I didn't lose custody for not showing up to court. And I can't fix it because I have no proof of what he did and every time I go to court, they tell me they have to assume my attorney acted in my best interest on my behalf. Russell Kubyn should have been disbarred.

I thought I could trust this lawyer, everyone said he is the one you want in your corner. Multiple times when we went to court he was unprepared. He just sits there and doesn't say a whole lot unless he has to. He charges a lot of money for what Idk cause he sure isn't worth it. I would definetely not recommend this lawyer to anybody else. It's sad when the other person's lawyer is more prepared than your lawyer, has all ducks in a row and everyhting else. He acts like he is cocky and like he is going to be good in court but that is all just a farse. Actions speak louder than words every single time.
