communication is terrible even with proof of being ignored when i asked a question. im still called lier. i have asked multiple times for a letter of withdrawal from there firm for a new lawyer and they purposly ignore me. this is not how you run a lawfirm that says there always there for you. dont waist youre time.

My disability case was won the beginning of 2018. I am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend Balin Law to always work the hardest they can to win your case.

My experience with Paulette was extremely positive. I was impressed with her professional and understanding demeanor. She explained the process, handled all ensuing issues and was thoroughly prepared for the court appearance which was a fully favorable decision. I recommend her highly.

Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, my internal medicine doctor suggested I file for SSDI and recommended attorney Paulette Balin. She sat in on my free consultation and outlined the process. She explained it could be lengthy, and most people are denied in the first round. After filling out all of the paperwork and medical releases, the firm filed my application with Social Security, and periodically kept in touch with me. About five months later, I got a call that my application had been approved! I would definitely recommend Paulette Balin and her firm.

Years ago I realized my health got so bad that I couldnt work anymore and went to a different law firm originally and I went to court with them and got turned down. Then the law firm sent me a letter saying they'd no longer represent me. I almost gave up then went to Balin. They were able to get me approved for disability and I didn't even have to go to court! They treated me really well. I would recommend Balin Law to anyone!

I thought it would be a good idea to use them for my case. They seemed to be a well respected law firm. I have to say the #1 complaint I have with them is very poor communication. They shuffled my case through at least 6 different people, thus making it impossible for me to know who I should be in contact with. When the time came for my hearing before a ALJ judge, The attorney representing me made me feel intimidated during the pre hearing brief. She did not want to listen to me. It was like she was treating me like I was an idiot. Then she did not even have any arguments to convey to the Judge. It was like I could have not even had her in the room. I was told that the hearing would be informal, but I felt like I was being interrogated. I would think that my attorney would have questioned the Vocation Experts thoughts on what types of work I would be best suited for. Nope, that did not happen. No arguments from her. Even when the judge did not want to accept my Doctors report. I feel that this law firm takes on all cases that are thrown their way and hope for the best. As I said before Communication with this firm is very bad. 4 years of my life have been wasted.
