I contacted Balin Law to represent my special needs son we were declined twice by Social Security and we had appealed for a hearing with a judge. At this point, we needed a lawyer. Matt was extremely helpful and responsive. He guided us through the whole process with much reassurance and direction since this was all new to me. Matt felt confident about our case and felt Social Security made a mistake. We submitted a brief explaining all of the issues and asked for decision prior to the hearing. The brief was well written and organized with the judge ruling in my son’s favor based on the brief and the information submitted previously. Matt did an excellent job in representing us and winning a judgment in our favor without a hearing to the great relief of my son. Cynthia was the parallel who assisted Matt. She was excellent. She walked us through the process and answered my many questions. I was trying at times but she was always professional and responsive.
