I had several interactions over the phone with an individual in the office. The clerical agent eventually reached out to me to inquire about my case. Eventually I was interviewed. There was another significant delay. I called to check status and the office agent advised me I was declined and a letter was sent or perhaps emailed. I did not receive it. She insisted there was a possibility I could dispute the decision. I called back to indicate that I still had not received any decline letter. She faltered again so I conveyed that it would be best to represent myself. It appears as if my case was properly evaluated. I will likely never know because I never received the letter despite several requests. Quite dismissive, unorganized, and possibly discriminatory.

Highly recommend! Balin Law communicates very well with their clients, they go above & beyond for them, and they sure fight for you in a court proceeding! I couldn't be more thankful for them.
