I have had the Privilege of the service from Combs, Schaefer Ball & Little Law Firm, with Nathan Little as my representing attorney. I can't say enough about Mr. Little, I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, communication and ability to get things done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Combs, Schaefer Balland & Little to my family and friends because they display experience and knowledge of the law. Nathan was professional, positive and honest. He listened to my concerns and did exactly what he set out to do, which was represent me.

I vetted several attorneys in the area and chose Nathan. We purchased a substantial piece of property in Middletown area as an investment and we had several issues with a sub-contractor that was working on the property. Nathan took the case and we were very happy with the resolution without having to go to court. He held the insurance companies feet to the fire.

I would like to say as an elderly client that it is not common to find an attorney who actually listens. I have met with many attorneys in the past where you are treated like a number. I have found Mr. Little always picks up the phone for my calls or at least returns my calls. He is great at what he does and has helped me to better understand estate planning As you grow old everything becomes less certain and I believe Mr. Little is a confidence builder by taking the time to explain the law to his clients.

By no means am I a pro at real estate transactions, but by all means Nathan did the best job I have ever experienced in dealing with a complicated issue. He made the whole experience very comfortable. As a manager myself I like to get feedback about my own employees and by far Nathan went out of his way to make things happen and I appreciated all of his help
