Alysse Giles is a terrible attorney and very unprofessional. She will not return calls, she will take personal calls while on your dime and she doesn’t listen to her clients. She is book smart yet lacks life and work experience. I was in the middle of a custody battle and my 15 year old daughter had just gotten in trouble for sneaking out at night, doing drugs and having sex. I had rules in place at my home where as her father couldn’t have cared less where she was or what she was doing. For 5 years prior to this my daughter had begged me to get full custody (hence the custody battle) and in the middle of the battle when she got busted for these things and grounded at my house (yet still allowed to do whatever she wanted at her dads house), she suddenly changed her tune and decided she wanted to live with her dad. Alyssa allowed this to happen. This was a crucial point in my teenage daughter’s life and could have played a huge role in her future! Thankfully, I continued to fight (without Alysse) and my daughter currently lives with me full-time. Alysse was too young and naive to understand the situation and how my daughter was “playing the game” and when I tried to explain it to her she treated me as though I was just mad that my daughter didn’t want to live with me. I do not recommend her. However, I have heard very good things about Jim Giles even as much as “he is the best in town” but I do not have first hand experience with him. Alyssa was court appointment, however she was paid by me and this is an honest and accurate account of her performance. Anyone that knows myself and my ex-husband would say only a fool would try to take custody from me and grant custody to him.

Jim handled my divorce, I always felt listened to, and walked away knowing he was always on my side, and was willing to do all he could to benefit my csse. I highly recommend them.

Beware. Her work is terrible! She is a nice girl but she is very unprofessional. She repeatedly did not return phone calls after leaving her 4-5 voicemails, pertaining to important aspects of my case, over a few weeks span. She also answered personal calls while on my dime. She is book smart but highly lacks life/work experience and it shows. She tried to “cookie cutter” my situation although my situation was anything but typical. Unfortunately, her lack of competence left me screwed in the end, in a situation that highly affected my life and my children’s lives. I highly do NOT recommend.

The Giles Law Group is such a pleasure to work with. Anytime that I have had interaction with Jim or Morgan I have walked away feeling that my best interests were considered. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. If you need an attorney rest assured you will be taken great care of.

Near the end of last year a terrible mistake led to an OVI arrest. Long story short I am a CDL holder and my lively hood and job were at risk. The Giles Law firm was who I reached out too and it was the best decision I have ever made to handle my particular situation. Morgan Giles took my case and was able to make it so I could keep my liscence and reduce my charge while still being fair therefore hold my job. Not only have I learned a very valuable life lesson, but I have also learned that this firm knows what they are doing, made you feel comfortable, and are very professional and can make the best outcome possible for your situation.
