Been dealing with a simple, small inheritance, that's been going on for 20 months, with no end in site. There's only Ron and Debbie, and once they recognize your phone number, good luck talking to them again. We cant get simple information, or anything from this office. One day, I'll finally be able to say "c ya"!!!! Come on Ron! Lets get this over with akready!!!
