Mr. Mccleery represented my son in a ridiculous custody battle. He was the best!! Well organized, always returned calls and emails, and delivered wonderfully in court. If your looking for someone to get the job done pls give him a call! We are all completely satisfied with the great job he did.

They don't do oil/gas law as advertised, at least as of today, very irritating and border line smarmy. Ugh. Hate leaving sad reviews

I hired McCleery Law Firm to handle my rather difficult custody case. Anyone that has been in this situation knows how stressful it can be. Attorney Watters and Attorney McCleery fought for me for the past year that it took to be able to give not just me but my daughter the safety and security that she deserved, we can finally breath. I am beyond thankful and grateful for everything they were able to do for my family.

This law firm is going to be the best example when looking up MALPRACTICE! Despite me paying 2 k to represent me in divorce court, no one showed up for the scheduled hearing!!! Kevin Cox didnt even research the docket regarding my case and thus did not attend the hearing. The magistrate called the McCleery office in response and Greg, Kevin or any other staff was not sent across the street to represent me. The results are appaling!! I experienced the biggest panic attack ever in my life when Kevin Cox disclosed the results! My children became scared and distraught seeing their dad this unplesant! I was unable to verbalize my problem to them which further made them upset. They were picked up by family to be in a better environment at that time. I am truly shocked that this so called law firm had the nerve to offer me 5 out of 36K in reimbursement!!! I was unwilling to accept this so called offer in efforts to make up for their negligence!! I therefore got in touch with Dan Guinn who had represented my ex wife during this case for advice. Not only did he provide the best advice i had heard since hiring Kevin Cox and firm! Dan has since worked harder in the past 7 days in assisting me with a lawsuit against Kevin and the McCleery law firm than they put into my case over a 2 month period!!! Im certainly glad i called Mr. Guinn because i finally got to see what it feels like having someone actually work FOR ME instead of against me like Kevin Cox! Hiring this law firm has been tied with the biggest mistake I have ever made!!!! I am seeking justice and they offer a mere 10%??? The McCleery law firm is corrupt and thanks to Dan Guinn and company the public will finally be more aware of this fact!

John Watters is a top notch stand up lawyer, whenever he says hes gonna do something he will and if he cant hes truthful and will tell you the bad news like he would tell you the good i would refer this office and Mr. Watters anytime i was very pleased with John and the whole staff down to the secretaries. a very professional team 10 out of 10

I was poorly represented by my attorney in my custody case. He is no longer with this firm from what I understand but he should've had closer supervision. He was not honest with me and caused me continual grief beyond his service on my case. It has cost me thousands upon thousands. He did not file motions until I pleaded and called him everyday just to get him motivated. He would say he was working on it. Terribly poor professionalism by him because he worked against me and would try to make things equal between the two parties. A sad situation I remain in.
