Karen is a wonderful person inside & out. She will do her best to help you with the situation your in. She was extremely helpful with my situation even though the other side of the "road" was extremely difficult. Our case ended in our favor & I thank her so very much! I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Karen is absolutely amazing. She made me feel like so much more than just a customer she could make money off of. She not only won my case, but I got everything and more than I asked for. Would give a zero just for the receptionist alone. In the middle of describing my situation hung up on me. Called back hung up on me again. Called back requested a supervisor hung up on me. Then when I called again to speak with the supervisor threatened to report me.
