When I arrived I got out of my car went to the door and it was locked and then I seen the note on the door and it said that they were closed because of covid so I tried to call them and no answer and the lady I had spoke with the day before told me that they would make copies for me so that I could keep the originals well then I read the rest of the note on the door and it said that if I had paperwork that I needed to drop off for me to put it in the mailbox slot on the door facing the alley well I was lucky that I had received 2 copies in the mail so I was able to leave the copy I had with me otherwise I would have made a trip to Newark for nothing there was ppl in the office I seen them they could have answered the phone and they could have made my copies for me and sent my packet back out to me but no and also the lady I had spoke to the day before should have told me that they were closed
