Joe volunteered to help me for what he called “the worst case of malicious prosecution he had ever seen.” Halfway through my case he realized they weren’t going to settle, so he tried to lie to get me to drop my case. When I told him I wanted to continue, and asked him to request key evidence he refused. He then lied to the judge to be withdrawn from the case. If you want somebody who’s going to fight for you, I would not recommend.
