Joe McCoy is one of the most selfless personable lawyers I've ever met! I originally met him by hiring him to represent me in a not at fault motorcycle accident. His professionalism and knowledge is what drew me to him initially, but it was his selfless practice that keeps me coming back! He has now represented me and my family in multiple cases and I’ll never use another attorney unless its a subject he doesn't practice in.

Joe McCoy represented me on a omvi charge.. He was able to have it lowered to a lesser charge. He is professional and knows his stuff! He was more than fair on the pricing and is just overall a down to earth good guy! Thanks for everything Joe! Hopefully I won’t get in anymore trouble but if I do I know where I’m going!

I can not stress this enough...HIRE, HIRE, HIRE!! We hired Carl McCoy recently for a family court matter. We hired him late in the game and he was able to prepare and be with us in court in less then two weeks. In between the two court dates he was able to help us reach an agreement with the other party. He was so pleasant to work with and truly helpful. If I ever need an attorney again I will contact him. Don't hesitate this company is amazing!

I needed an attorney when I had a material change in circumstances for changing custody, but my original lawyer had become a judge. A friend who lived in Newark at the time (I lived in a neighboring county) asked around for “the best custody lawyer”—and Carl McCoy was the name. Carl truly lived up to that description! Carl is tough against the other side but sympathetic and sincere with his client. He works hard and looks for every possible angle to get the best outcome. Carl’s background as a magistrate gives him a comprehensive knowledge along with a common sense approach, because I believe he really has “seen it all” and knows what works best in these situations. These cases are never easy, but it eased my mind to see Carl work so hard on my behalf and build a real relationship with me and my children ... and he got us the outcome we all wanted!

HIRE THIS LAWYER! I hired Carl McCoy in December 2012. Not only is he experienced but exceptionally prepared at what he does. He defeated my Ex and Her Attorney with Relative ease. The fees for his service is reasonable and I paid more in the past for other lawyers who did less than half of what he accomplished. Infact, my Ex paid double for her attorney and didn't stand a chance against Carl. DON'T PASS HIM UP!
