I can't say enough good about the attorneys at the Zuzolo Law Office. We were always treated as important clients and I certainly appreciate their help.

If I could give negative stars I would. Christopher Zuzulo did a lease to purchase on my condo in Youngstown and completely destroyed the place after he stopped paying. He never paid any of the agreed HOA fees for about 2 years nor any assessments and stopped payment all together. He ripped out the kitchen cabinets and even stole the toilets. Shows you the moral character of this individual. I would NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER hire them. He still owes me thousands. Should be disbarred for this behavior.

They will gladly take your money and give you false hope until its time to go to court. Trust me on this. Go find another firm. I really doubt you could do any worst in this area. But don't take my word for it. Go in see their office. If they can't take care of that, what makes you think they will care about you? You would think they work for the opposing council when they are done with you. Never once did I feel like they were on my side or went out of their way to make me feel like they were.

Friendly, kind and understanding. I have a few disabilities that made it very difficult to get into a court room, Philip Zuzolo and his staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs with zero hassle. They treated me like family!
