Attorney Rinehart and Stephanie and all of his staff were very caring concerned for my health and very supportive. When I could not come to the office, they would FaceTime me so we could have a better communication. I was life flighted and had to go through a lot of healing, and just knowing that I was going to get the help I needed made my stress so much easier. They worked very hard and there was a lot going on with Medical, they always called me to see how I was doing and kept me informed, they made me feel like family I would highly recommend them. Always go with a law firm from Cleveland or Columbus. Never go with any Mansfield ohio law firm.they still send xmass cards to clients they failed to help.says a lot about their lack of attention to detail.

We were in a car accident when someone ran a stop sign. I had a terrible femur fracture that has taken over 9 months to heal. After working with Rinehardt, we were able to get all of my medical bills covered easily and stress free as they took care of everything. John, Stephanie and the whole team were great to work with. John even drove over 40 minutes to our house for our initial meeting as I was laid up and not able to travel to the office. Highly recommend them!
