I am a 69 year old male. I was seriously injured in an auto accident that was not my fault. I was in and out of the hospital and unfortunately required amputation of a leg when all other attempts failed. When my head cleared I believed that I should contact an attorney. Lifelong family friend, attorney Bob Whitney did not hesitate when I asked for his recommendation. John Rinehardt called and from that point on I believed that my best interests were being addressed. John and his staff could not have been more understanding of the devastation that I was experiencing. Appointments or communications were all scheduled at my convenience and with my physical limitations considered. John and his staff began each phone call, text or email asking about my health and progress. I was informed of any updates regarding my case promptly and in a manner that I clearly understood. The importance of this cannot be overstated from my perspective. By the time my case was concluded my wife and I had developed a friendship I believe with John and his staff. The last two & a half years have been the most difficult of my life. What started out as a normal drive home after work, on a route I had taken hundreds of times, turned out to me the most arduous journey of my life. Hours & years of all kinds of therapy, paperwork, phone calls, mountains of bills like we've never experienced, tears, depression, doctors, medications, injections, pain, being forced back to work before I was physically ready, it was all very overwhelming. Then I was referred to Rhinehardt law firm by friends of ours, clients of John's & started to feel like there was hope. Working with John & his team was a huge blessing. We feel so blessed to have such a professional, compassionate team working for us, just a normal family from rural Ohio. They walked me through every step of the way, the tears, fears & anger, they were there like family & I will always be thankful for everything they did to keep me out of court & having to relive the horror from that day & beyond & getting me adequate compensation because truth be told is I can never be financially compensated for everything I have lost, physically, mentally & more for the rest of my life. Attorney Rinehart and Stephanie and all of his staff were very caring concerned for my health and very supportive. I looked long and hard for an attorney that would help me with my case. Searching, I came across Rinehardt Law Firm and saw they had great reviews and worked on personal injury cases. Once speaking with Attorney Rinehardt and explaining my case to him he immediately listened to what I had to say, expressed he felt I had a case and started working on it. His team of attorneys worked for the next three and half years on my case. I never had to call, unless I had a question, they would keep me informed of any new developments or things I needed to do. While working with Attorney Rinehardt we were able to get further treatments and procedures performed to get a better grasp of my condition. Once we had an MRI we had conclusive evidence to what my injury was, where it was and what could have caused it. All I can say is I have never sued anyone or been sued so I had no idea what to expect. I had to do a lot of things for this auto insurer, missing work for appointments they set up to providing sensitive information I personally did not feel was pertinent to the case, but this was all part of the process. Now in the those three and half years Attorney Rinehardt has opened a wonderful location here in Columbus and I believe he will help a lot of people, he has a very kind heart BUT, is extremely tough when fighting for you and has a great deal of education and experience dealing with personal injury claims. Attorney Rinehardt's experience is just another reason why I went with his law firm he showed a level of confidence and skill set that personally I felt was above and beyond when meeting with the opposing lawyers. He did not fold or show any sign of weakness while interacting with the opposition and this is an important quality when you are fighting for another person. Personally if, and I hope it never happens, I ever have another personal injury and need an attorney to fight for me I will not hesitate to call the Rinehardt Law Firm to work my case.
