I retained Nicholas Wainwright to handle an issue with a home builder and realtor due to misrepresentation. He was very responsive at first and told me I have a good case. Over time he became very unresponsive and there were instances when he didn't get back to me for months at a time. At one point he even said he would handle my case to it's conclusion for no additional charge after the experience that I had with him. I feel that he wasted more than a year of my time and, in my opinion, accomplished absolutely nothing on my behalf. I eventually told him as nicely as I could that he was fired and I would not be requiring his services any longer. Nicholas explained that he was embarrassed about the poor quality of the service he provided. I'm really embarrassed for him too. He ended up refunding 100% of the money I had paid. I wasted more than a year dealing with this attorney and I'll never get that time back unfortunately. His online profile says Nicholas attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. Mr Wainwright is a great example of why this law school should be permanently closed down.

Jackie was very personable and knowledgeable. I needed help with a ramp. I came in with motorized scooter. Very accommodating.

Great people to have on your team

Nick went out of his way to make sure everything was in order. We met at the V.A. He was giving his time and effort to the people who served this country. He helped me with my bankruptcy and followed up when an account did not follow the law and continued billing me. He has my business from now on.

Was supposed to represent me in court but one day I called to ask some questions about something he sent me in the mail, was very unprofessional and rude. Made me feel guilty before my pre-trail even started. Would not recommend.
