Got the charge amended with the prosecutor before being called to trial, ask the judge for a "continuance of trial to secure counsel." That means you need to reschedule a different day to have your attorney present for trial (your brother said you could because of Traffic Rule 8).

Anthony helped us get our tax ID number and completed a storage unit agreement for us. He is very knowledgeable about state guidelines and is always willing to help.

Attorney Richard helped my husband with an old Traffic case that suspended his license from 1994 in the Toledo, Ohio area.
