Eric's understanding of Ohio Landlord-Tenant law is AMAZING! When circumstances forced me to hire an attorney at the very last minute, Eric stepped up to the challenge and guided me through a tense situation with a former landlord. I would not have gotten through that experience without his sound advice and legal mind. If I could give him 10 stars I would, he's THAT good!

This is the second time that I have used Eric for my eviction issues and each time his professionalism and timely attention to each detail and it in a more than satisfactory results for me. He is a pleasure to work with and very understanding even when there have been changes in some instances. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. You’re in good hands with Eric.

I have a tenant and landlord issue. He wrote one letter to the landlord and would not communicate any further. I provided him with pictures, text, documents and receipts of the amount of money I lost due to this landlords failures to protect my residence from vermin. He did nothing to try to win my case just took my money and never returned a call, email voicemail or even say he no longer wanted my case. HE IS HORRIBLE. He should of told me he is a landlord only attorney NOT a tenant - landlord attorney. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! HE HAS NO INTENTION OF FULLY REPRESENTING YOU OR ARGUING YOUR CASE NO MATTER HOW MUCH EVIDENCE YOU HAVE!! PITIFUL AND DISGUSTED BY HIS LACK OF CARE FOR HIS CLIENT, TAKES THE MONEY AND RUNS!!!

I don't understand the negative reviews. I think if they were true, he would no longer be allowed to practice. I have found Eric to be responsive, courteous and explain things very well to the lay person who happens to be a landlord. As I have found out, the landlord - tenant law in Ohio is complex and if you don't follow it to a tee it could cost you valuable time and rent payments. Mr. Willison is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. A++

Just a down-to-earth, honest, affordable, very knowledgeable attorney who was very effective at getting my charge amended. I highly recommend Eric to anyone (and I have) who needs someone that will talk straight with them the way a close friend would!

My cable provider tried to screw me on my bill after I had canceled my service with them. They also tried to charge me $900 for their ancient cable box and remote that they claimed I hadn't returned. With Eric's help they ended up paying me $1500 and forgiving what they claimed I owed!

I hired this attorney for several landlord/tenant cases. He was virtually unresponsive, did not update me, and has failed to issue the company refunds of over $5K. He seemed to have cashed our checks and then did no work. I would not suggest him to anyone.

Paid him to represent me in a landlord-tenant case, and he subsequently dropped off the face of the earth. Took the money and ran.
