I worked with Mr. Atway over the last few months on a DUI charge that he sucessfully had reduced to a lesser charge. Mr. Atway was responsive at all times during the process, and walked me through every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would find themselves in need of legal representation.

about a year ago, i got pulled over and got a dui, they told me that i was going to go to jail for 6 months and that i would lose my driving privilages for a few years. i was so scared. lucky for me, my friend told me about scott. he not only got me out of the dui, but also got me to keep my license. the guy is amazing. i think maybe the smartest man i have ever met.

I was pulled over about six months ago on a Friday night. Was charged and arrested for 6 different things. The scariest was the DUI. Mr. Atway assured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure that i received a fair trial. Thank god I had someone on my side.
