I got a ticket for approaching a police vehicle on the interstate. It was a trap that had been run that day. No accidents just out writing tickets. Heavy traffic so I couldn’t move over. I slowed down but the officer didn’t feel I slowed down enough. Anyway I was very upset . I called a couple of different attorneys and found James. He was very nice. Reasonable fee and took care of everything. I was really worried and upset about getting 2 points, increase in insurance rates etc. he calmed my anxieties, explaining the process that was happening. In the end charges dismissed by me paying court cost. I was and am very relieved.

Mr. Sweeney defended me for a speeding charge in Ohio. Since I'm a resident of another state that has a different scale for the charge, he was able to get the charge reduced so that the points that transferred on my license was equivalent to the Ohio penalty.
