I was referred to this law firm by a credible source, and I DO NOT REGRET IT! I had legal cases stacked up against me, but in the court of law, each case is trialed separately. I had Jim assist me with a protection order, and I had Cecily assist me with my divorce, who then had Ralph assist me with finances to see what my best options were. The three of them work together for your best interest. This firm is not the cheapest, but dam_ they're good and worth it! You get what you pay for, and that would be their knowledge, expertise, and their experience. Ashley is a wonderful Administrator and handles things at a personable level and she is great! As a whole, returning of phone calls and sometimes emails is a struggle; however, what do you expect from a busy firm as they are always in cases and hearings because they are well liked and respected... They know their stuff and they will get you what you want to fight for!

Jim eskridge is the best attorney

Cecily was wonderful. Very stressful time for me and she made the whole experience not so bad I have recommended Cecily to a family member and will continue to so so if I am ever asked about an attorney. Her office staff was also great.

Jim was absolutely amazing to work with. He truly listened to everything that had been going on and fought for what was in our child’s best interest. He was up front and honest about everything that could potentially happen during our case. He explained all the legal language in a way we were able to understand. We are forever grateful for his knowledge, understanding and compassion with our case. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an attorney.

Do NOT hire Ralph Megargel. Not even aware of what was going on in our case. Rudest office staff I have ever encountered. Mr Megargel does not return calls and drags out a case for 3 years that could have closed in a year. Would give a minus star if I could.

Friendly and helpful.

I have used Jim in past. Secretary just hung up on me because I was disappointed no return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this firm.
