Kelly Roberts handled every single detail of my sister's estate. My sister did not have a will, and Kelly handled all the probate issues with such professionalism and attention to my client needs. She did all of that while I returned to Oregon. I cannot recommend her enough. I wish she lived in Oregon, not Ohio. I would want her as my estate lawyer. Call her, hire her.....you will not be disappointed.

Our family have been using Benjamin Farah for years for multiple estate settlements. Everyone in the office is understanding and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help with the liquidations. We always felt that we were in good hands and we could trust their counsel.

I used Benjamin Farah or for creating a new will and setting up a Living Will and Power of Attorney. Everything was handled so professionally and yet personally. Attention was paid to my schedule and what would be convenient for me when planning the meeting (initially) to discuss the details and (later) to sign the completed documents. The price was reasonable. I am very pleased with my experience at Farah Roberts Ltd.

This is the second time we have had Ben Farah prepare our trusts and wills. Our circumstances have changed after 10+ years so it was time for an update. Ben made it easy for us to meet him at our convenience and he took the time to understand our wishes.
He even helped us plan for a way to provide for our pets if something should happen to us.
I have had other advisors compliment the thoroughness and clarity of the documents Ben prepared!
