Eric, Kaitlyn and staff are fantastic! I personally had a very hard divorce and Laubacher had my back through all of it, giving me all my options and advice that was extremely helpful. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for all of them. If you’re unfortunately or fortunately looking for representation, I strongly recommend Eric and his team. Stay strong and good luck. Want someone that will do what ever it takes hire this man. Take it from a father who hired 4 attorneys before him only to lose with all 4 of them and to get custody with Eric was not easy but he knows what hes doing by far. If you feel helpless and need someone to truly fight for you look no further. This guy is a magician in the court room and me and the children have never been happier 😊

Hired Eric to modify existing parenting plan and to get payments back that my ex was court ordered to pay and I had in writing that he told me he wouldn’t pay it. I thought it would be a straight forward case. They spent all of my money researching my exes concerns and not mine, (that they eventually found out were invalid) they made numerous errors on paperwork I had to pay to have them fix. They never listened to me and long story short I ran out of money before we even filed anything after I approved it and they left everything hanging and we ended our work together. I spent $8,000 and got literally nothing accomplished. They have the nerve to continue sending me bills after I told them I’m a single mother and they cost me more than my ex did and they should be ashamed. They have zero remorse and only care about money. I was so excited to work with Eric when I saw his good reviews but he’s overpriced and certainly didn’t care about my needs. If you hire him, I hope you have better luck and more money than I did.

Mr. Powers is top notch. He is by far the best defense you will ever receive. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond. His results speak for themselves. The IS NO ONE BETTER. Eric Laubacher is an excellent lawyer who knows the law well. He and his paralegal staff (specifically Mary Gael Britton) did an exceptional job with my amended divorce case.
