I had my first appeal denied; I'm certain I wouldn't have won my case without their help

Highly recommend. After seeking out help regarding supplemental unemployment owed by the state - very few law practices were familiar with it an or able to help. Brian Smith was willing to take my case and assist in the appeal process during a very difficult time with unemployment being at capacity and beyond. Both Brian Smith and John Sivinski were great to work with. They were diligent in the process and the case was won. Would use them again if there ever was a need.

I was at my wits end with PUA unployment! They were trying to say I wasn't eligible for the money I received because I didn't get my paperwork uploaded to them in time. Even though the problem uploading the forms was on their end, it didn't seem to matter. They didn't really care, they just wanted the money back. I contacted Brian Smith ( attorney) and for a very reasonable price and that's not easy to say in these pressing times. He walked me through the hearing process and I won the case! I believe they would have bullied me into paying them back had my attorney not been their to let them know they were being criminal where my case was concerned. Thanks again for your help!!

I was laid off from a large public school district in the middle of the pandemic. When schools went online, they canceled my position and shut off my email, never corresponding with me again. I filed for unemployment, and the school tried to deny me over and over. I had to fight every week to get paid. I filed appeal after appeal. I was so scared, because unemployment was the only money I had to live on, and there was no way to get a school job during the pandemic. When we got to the final hearing with the state, I knew I needed legal representation. John prepped me for my hearing, made sure I had a good log of the facts, and told me how to act with the hearing officer. The hearing was terrifying, but John kept me calm. And I won! I am so thankful I chose this legal team!

What ever you do so not trust this man. He told me there was a flat rate of $2000 and requires half upfront. He did no work for me or on my behalf. I get my first court date and he drops out telling me he can not represent me and refuses to give me my money back. I fear he may not even be a real lawyer.

Quick response and very knowledgeable ! Great advice and didn't jump to get my money! Was honest that I didn't need him at that time. Honestly I will be contacting him again whenever I have any legal issues!
