The first time I saw Sylvia, she was on CSPAN speaking in front of a government agency about identity theft. It's a commonplace situation now, but it wasn't then. I was a victim of that crime and had been trying to deal with it for months. I was overwhelmed. Sylvia helped me put things right, protected my credit reputation and advised me in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
