Gave them half of the money for my divorce and it ended up being contested so I got another attorney and they said I never paid them anything. They kept my money and I ended up winning with a better attorney. He’s a loser

I have used Michael Shaheen on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. He has a wealth of knowledge in multiple legal areas, usually resolves issues prior to a court date. I would highly recommend Michael for any of your legal needs. He is the best of the best

No other way to explain that Shaheen Law firm set out to what they wanted to do and got it done!! I was in a ongoing custody case during covid and justice was served thanks to all their help. Michael is amazing at what he does and i couldnt have asked for anyone better to handle my case! Everyone in the office was absolutely great and got back to you right away via phone calls and email. I’ve been unfortunate enough to sit across from Michael while going through a very acrimonious divorce. He’s ferocious & takes a personal interests in his clients ( my ex-wife’s) best interest. My outcome was less than satisfactory. On the flip side I recognized that I was out-dueled & that if presented with the unfortunate circumstances of needing an attorney again, I’d retain Michael to bring that same ferocity to my cause. I’ve had friends (male & female) that have asked my recommendation for a divorce attorney. All I could say is “retain Michael before your soon to be ex does”.

This lawyer not only pushed his own agenda on my daughter but was also inappropriate with his comments which was unprofessional and uncalled for took her $5,000 and then dropped her when she wouldn't follow his agenda

He was too busy with extra marital affairs and his own legal problems he got into in Florida to represent me properly in my divorce. He made empty promises and kept padding his wallet. Is not competent at all.

Going through a separation creates a range of emotion. Knowing that I would have a tendency to ‘give away the farm’, I wanted a lawyer who would represent my best interest and willing to stand their ground when needed. Michael has provided the legal help needed during a critical turning point in my life. He was willing to press harder but also respected my decision to negotiate an agreeable settlement which in my opinion kept matters from escalating negatively; thereby, protecting my daughter as well.

Michael represented my brother during his divorce resolution that took place over the course of this past year. Being somewhat familiar with family law and the high burden surrounding awarding a father family rights, I knew that my brother was in for an up-hill battle. Michael blew me away. When the divorce started I was also dealing with Cancer. Michael and his team not only protected me professionally but continuously checked on my health condition. The days I was away in the hospital they continued to protect my interest in this situation. I want to thank the whole team. Hired him for a divorce, put down a retainer on a Friday afternoon, called Monday morning to cancel it and he kept half of my money for the work he claimed he did. How much work could have possibly been done on Friday after 3:00 until 9:00 am Monday morning when everyone knows attorneys don't work weekends.

Mr. Shaheen is very knowledgeable, reliable, personable,trustworthy and takes a real interest in his clients. I hired him for my divorce and continue to use him. I have referred several people to him, including members of my family. As busy as he is, he came to the funeral viewing for my Mom and myself when my Dad died a few months ago. Most lawyers would not take the time to do that. Just goes to show the kind of person Mr. Shaheen is! I will continue to use him and refer people to him.
