After being diagnosed with a work related injury, I was referred to Calhoun, Kademenos and Childress for Workers Comp representation. Victors expertise in Workers Comp law and his compassion for the injured worker gave me piece of mind knowing he fought for my rights as an injured worker.

I became a client of this firm and Attorney Kademenos back in 2008. I had already undergone one shoulder surgery (which my employer fought) and was facing the need for another. Of course, my employer fought against paying for the 2nd surgery but Attorney Kademenos, through the hearing process, got it approved for me and thereafter was able to get me a permanent partial disability award as well. Attorney Kademenos is extremely pleasant, down to earth, and knows his stuff! I would highly recommend this attorney for anyone who was injured at work.
