Jim took the time to walk me through the permit process of building my new home. He was able to alleviate a lot of anxiety and give me step-by-step guidance. I no longer feel like I am running in circles. I have a set plan to see my dream home come to fruition!

I needed a real estate contract of sale reviewed and some questions answered. Though Mr. Schroeder was on vacation, he responded to my email request the same day, reviewed the contract the next day and phoned me to discuss my concerns.
