I had used James Schroeder in the past with a title issue. He was able to resolve a very complex legal issue and made it as easy for me as possible to resolve my issue (I had actually hired an attorney previously who was unable to resolve this issue). I was then selling a home and James made sure all paperwork was in order throughout the entire process as well as being the intermediary on any and all issues that arose. He was also extremely pleasant to deal with, does not complicate the legality of any matter and I would recommend him to anyone with a real estate problem.
