To be honest, one of the reasons we chose Jim was all the great reviews. We were faced with a complicated and confusing real estate matter. My husband and I were very upset about what was happening to us. We took a gamble and called Schroeder Law Group. We got in quickly and met with Jim within the week. We found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. Jim listened and offered clear and honest answers to our questions. Information was provided about several different avenues in which we could pursue. He was very upfront about potential outcomes with each different avenue. There was no pressure for us retain him. Had a great meeting with Jim yesterday. What i thought i needed i really didnt. He met with me and my wife and explained everything we had questions about. Didnt try to "sell" us any service that we didnt need. Turns out we had most of our ducks in a row. We were very pleased with his service.

I contacted Jim Schroeder of the Schroeder Law Group on behalf of the Leadership Team of Mt. Nebo Church where I serve as Lead Pastor. We were working through disaffiliating from the United Methodist Church and we sought out Jim’s help to navigate the many legal responsibilities associated with that process: church incorporation, church by-laws, restructuring a mortgage, recording new deeds, and more.
