Attorney Robert Botnick IS the ONLY way to go for traffic violations!! His service is great, but his RESULTS are even GREATER!! 11 out of 10! Allow me to start by stating thatI have a HORRIBLE driving record! I received 2 driving citations in Shaker Heights, OH, within 3 weeks of one another. The first was for FICTITIOUS PLATES, and the second was for RUNNING A STOP SIGN & USING A CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING. I thought that I was going to get a lot of points added to my license, that would increase my insurance rates and destroy my opportunity to become a CDL Class A Truck Driver. I contacted Bobby, and he took immediate action! He immediately contacted the Shaker Heights Municipal Court, and merged both of my cases. I was unable to make it in to court, because of my work schedule, and Bobby found a way to make sure that I would still be fine on the court date. Now, let’s get to the RESULTS!! I’ll just say “No Points Botnick” struck again! FICTIOUS PLATES = DISMISSED, 0 POINTS RAN STOP SIGN & CELL PHONE USAGE = Dropped to Full Time & Attention with 0 POINTS!! I could not believe these results! With my driving record, I just knew that I would receive at least 4 points on my license, and lose my opportunity to become a Class A, CDL driver; Bobby kept my dream alive. If you are looking for an attorney with tons of experience, who gets AMAZING RESULTS, then your best bet is Attorney Robert Botnick!! I would not go to any other attorney, because he is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

I was the victim of an assault. Mr.Botnik showed up three hours late to court the first time, did not return phone calls and to put icing on the cake told me he "didn't need to listen to me" with his finger in my face. He then told me to have a nice life and stormed off. Thanks, I will now that I don't need to wait on him anymore.
