5/5 I really want to thank Robert for helping me in a pinch. I had received two traffic violations in the same month! I hadn't gotten stopped in years, so I decided to seek help. So glad that I chose Mr. Botnick. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand, was patient with my questions, and was able to show results. Helped me to reduce both violations to non-moving violations, and my driving record isn't exactly spotless. Like all of us, at times he is busy. So there were a of couple moments when I had to call and leave messages with his office before getting a response, but there was never a time my questions went unanswered, even if I had to wait a day or two. All of this at a reasonable cost considering the circumstance. Relative to my area (Shaker Heights, OH), his prices are on the low end. Overall would give him 5/5. Hopefully I never need his service again, but if I am in need he will be my first call. Thanks again Robert!

I had a consultation with him for my brother’s charges, he was judge mental about his charges and almost rude when speaking to me about my brother. Basically told me he shouldn’t have done what he had done and was going to do time. NOT how an attorney should think when a perspective client is looking to hire you! You become an attorney to help people in all kinds of situations. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience- fees were more than fair; what could’ve been a disastrous moving violation situation was negotiated to a no-points equipment violation. Hopefully I won’t need his representation in the future, but will retain Mr. Botnick with zero hesitation if such is required.

I used Robert to help me fight a pretty steep speeding ticket. Robert was able to successfully get my ticket reduced to a 0 point violation and small fine. Additionally, Robert communicated with me about the process even while going through having a family member in the hospital. He understands his clients are stressed and values his client's business.
