The most nicest and helpful receptionist ever!!!

Do yourself a favor and pursue a compassionate firm that truly puts you first. I will post my full review upon completion.

As I was seeking to gather information regarding a potential probate situation, Brooke who works with attorney Russ McLaughlin, was absolutely fantastic, thorough, and patient in answering questions I had. She went over and above in providing insight to assist me.

Carmen Verhosek and Pamela Urwin worked together to prepare my DNR, a Trust and Will for me. Verhosek was excellent - she listened to my questions and converted legalese into answers I could readily understand. The firm had all of my work ready for my signature less than two weeks after I first sat down with them. Their pricing was fair and clearly expressed up front. There were no surprise! additional fees. Personable, knowledgeable and accessible...the way lawyers should be - the attorneys with Dooley Gembala McLaughlin & Pecora are. Highly recommended.

Carmen Scott (Verhosek) and Pamela Urwin were my estate planning dream team! They were knowledgeable, efficient, answered all my questions and made sure I left their office with a complete understanding. I appreciate their timeliness, also their clear and concise communication.

My experience with this place from the start has been horrible. The secretary, Stacy Grapes who answered the phone when I called was rude and uncompassionate. From the first time I called it sounded as if I was bothering her and my request was a big inconvenience. It took me calling multiple times and sending emails for follow-up before anyone got back to me. Then when something was scheduled it was pushed very far out. I received one consultation over the phone and it felt as if I was also bothering Anthony Peccora. At the end of the conversation, I told him I wanted to retain him and he instructed me to call the office to get the paperwork to begin the process. I called the office and again the secretary, Stacey Grapes was rude and condescending. She acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about when I said I wanted to retain Anthony Pecorra and I needed the paperwork to start the process. I still have yet to receive a call back and the phone consultation was about two months ago. You would think a place that deals with divorce would make it as easy and comfortable as possible being that divorce is a really hard time. Not this place. Total opposite. I am appalled by how I was treated as if I was of no importance to them. I also found it weird that I was the one who had to initiate all the calls. I will go elsewhere.

I worked with Carmen Scott (Verhosek) to handle the estate planning for my father. She cleared her schedule to assist us, because my dad is sick and we needed to handle everything quickly. She was prepared, gave us sound advice and quickly prepared our documents. Working with her took a huge weight off of our shoulders. I have recommended her to a friend and I hear she is doing great work for her as well. Couldn’t recommend her more! Thanks Carmen.

My advice is if you go to this firm do NOT use Marc Hertrick - he will make you feel comfortable like he will do what right for your case and then after you hire him he will buckle and dime you is costs and you do his job on following up on things. There is such a lack of communication with everything. To top it off if you ask him about what’s going on it’s like you committed a crime. Before I decided to use Marc I seen a review on him just like this but I went against my judgement sat down and talked with him. He seemed great. But please do your research before selecting this attorney
