My now husband went in 4 years ago to have Budway help him file bankruptcy. He paid in full, and syarted filling out paperwork that was sent to him. He had questions which were never answered by Mr Budway because he never had time to pick up the phone or return a call. Well, my husband decided not to go through with filing. We spent months calling Mr. Budways office trying to get payment back. His secretary would take down our info, and promise we'd get a call back. After months of calling to no avail, my hubby chalked up his loss. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I would highly recommend Mr. Budway to anyone! I hired him to represent me in my divorce. He took care of everything for me, got me exactly what I asked for & made sure I was treated fairly & equally! My situation wasn’t normal & made more difficult because I had to relocate to another State 1,100 miles away! He kept me well informed & took care of everything I needed every step of the way! His retainer fee was, by far, the most reasonable! I’m so impressed & absolutely satisfied with my experience! I’m extremely grateful for his assistance!

GREAT LAWYER! Mr. Budway did a wonderful job with my case and actually took time to read my discovery and always called or texted right back and fought to get me a good deal when I had already given up. Definitely a lawyer that listens and cares about his clients unlike other lawyers out here that only care about your money!

I used RJ for my Bankruptcy and I'm not sure I could have picked a better guy. And Lisa or Laura or whatever her name is, she's always very helpful and very quick about it. Definitely recommend.
