My mom has dementia and is unable to sign for herself or make decisions, so my dad was trying to get power of attorney which he was told he couldn’t do without her consent and was not explained the entire process of a guardianship and what all it entailed after it is granted. Had he known he would never have continued with it. But this dragged out for an entire year with them losing paperwork multiple times and being impossible to get ahold of. Finally after spending $2000+ and going to court, we are in the exact same place we started. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

This is a well staffed Law office. It is easy to find in the heart of Sidney. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable in matters we don't understand.
