Interviewing was very uncomfortable. Speaking to Ester was as if she was judging the entire time we spoke. She was very expressionless and rude. I will not be furthering my interview process with this company.

Beware!! Do not buy a home at auction if this firm represents the mortgage company! It is their responsibility to ensure that the home is vacant at time of possession of the purchaser. However, they refuse to file the "writ of possession" which is their responsibility. This results in additional cost to the purchaser to evict. If you do bid, you should take into account the cost of eviction.

Difficult to get through to a real person. Give you the run around. ...update: don't rely on what they provide even in writing. We received a payoff letter, paid them, then received a new letter saying they needed more.

The associates 2 separate calls had nothing to say could care less about what I had to say Had no clue But was able to tell me they sent me a debt owed months ago . Never got another letter until about a week ago. When I told her the amount was incorrect because it was almost triple what I supposedly owed she told me it was because it was in accruing penalty interest daily. She even had the audacity to charge me the daily fee as I was paying the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves the first bill should’ve been sent way before she said they sent it if that’s the case. to wait this long to send another one while it accrued all this fee . Another way for greedy 🤬to squeeze (thieve ) as much as they can from you . It’s appalling . Oh and if you tell them that you’re need time to look into it give you a few days they still charge you the FEES . Unbelievable .

They tried lying to me and telling me a court ruling would result in a higher repayment than what they were offering. I don't trust lawyers so I let it go to court, my court ordered repayment is half of what they were offering... they know what formula the court is going to use and what your repayment will be so they try to squeeze you for more by saying you should take their offer bc the court will make you pay a lot more.

You can't contact anyone. Everything always least to a voice-mail with no callback. Makes working with time sensitive issues near impossible.
