I agree with all of the horrific reviews and can’t even fathom how everyone lacks professionalism and common courtesy. I have been in corporate sales for over 34 years and never left messages for anyone 11 or so times, and emails with how distraught of a situation that I am in and even the receptionist would not open the door for me to leave documents. Just disgraceful on every human level sadly.

Great and very professional

I agree with most reviewers, this has got to be the least professional organization i have ever dealt with in my life. I imagine them as having a morning meeting where they reward for the meanest comment used during previous days business. Wonder if anyone knows how to smile at this establishment.

Received a call from this number with no voice message. I called the number back and a guy asked for my name. I gave it to him and he said I have a lot of people with this name, can I have your address. I gave him that then he put me on hold. I was transferred to a woman who asked for my name, then she asked for my social security number. I asked why and she said so I can help you. I said I'm not giving you my social security number because you people called me, you don't know who I am or why you called me. Mind you, these people have not yet identified who they are but wanted my social security number. What a joke!!!

Horrible to deal with. Leave a voicemail to find out who the original debtor is and get no answer back. Worst place ever to deal with.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Betty Cooper is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I get it, you are a debt collector. But I’ve been paying you for my debt for 4 years and when I call to ask one simple question (just for a copy of something I needed sent to me) you berate me and talk to me like I am a child. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. This woman needs to be fired. If I could get ahold of her supervisor I would request a new account rep.

Took money from our accounts the day before a holiday then was conveniently out of the office for almost a week. No heads up or nothing. And they took the money from my kids' accounts to boot. Horrible people!

My experience with Reimer Law was good, The firm was very helpful in resolving my issue even though I was not a client. I found them courteous, helpful and very patient.

This company drained our checking account and left it with $100 for my family of 6 for 2 weeks until our next paycheck got deposited. Way to ruin people’s life’s! The lady is rude and hates her life!
