Nate handled a slip and fall case with a broken hip for me. We settled out of court for an amount I was very satisfied with. He was always upfront about the potential for a desirable outcome, neither inflating nor discouraging my expectations. I never felt pressured to settle and he always seemed quite willing to press forward to trial if that’s what I desired. It was my desire to settle rather than go through the hassles of a trial. Nate communicated well (although a bit infrequently). He was always prompt in getting back to me if I contacted them. I was completed satisfied with his representation.
