We moved to Strongsville a few years ago and needed an attorney to update our wills and related documents. Fortunately, my sister had been using Donna for almost twenty years. Donna is the most professional, efficient and caring attorney we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is very organized, and is always on time for our appointments. Donna is a great listener, and has the capacity to anticipate your needs. We also were in the process of updating our elderly parent's wills, and Donna and her team actually came to the nursing home at moment's notice when we had an emergency. We will never forget the caring service we received from Donna, and highly recommend her!

Donna was very professional and organized every time we met. She did a great job of guiding me through the divorce process and keeping me informed the whole time. Also, Donna showed she cared not only about my case but for me as an individual. I can't say enough great things about Donna, I felt like she took care of me like she was a family member. I would not recommend Donna. I found her to be extremely unorganized. She would also ask the same questions over and over, even though I would give the same answers each time. She'd write notes on tiny scraps of paper that would probably be lost in seconds. in a business where time is money, you want someone who will be efficient with their time. Her forgetfulness and unorganized ways make my bill a bit larger than it would've been if I had hired a different attorney. I was not happy with her services.
