I absolutely recommend him. He took time to explain his reasoning for what he said and he was clearly very knowledgeable about the minute details of Ohio law. He gave advice as though I was a person, not just a potential case. Absolutely professional.

Mr. Krueger is an exceptional attorney. Knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. His cost was reasonable, and his legal advice was very effective. With his help and expertise, I was able to settle 2 separate issues with a contractor and an insurance company without going to court. Highly recommend!

My wife and I waited for months for a reply from Jeff. Apparently he is incapable. Having had business attorneys for the last 20 years I have to say he's been the worst. No communication whatsoever, no call backs, no nothing. Not the way to comport yourself with a client at all.

Terrible experience. Jeffrey Krueger is not responsive and does not answer email or texts. Complete waste of money for the one letter I had him write as he did nothing to follow up with me. Left several emails and many voicemails. He just doesn't care. I operate 4 retail stores in 3 states and if I treated my customers this way, I would be out of business. Actually, I'd fire myself. Jeff should do the same if he can't look after new clients.
