I retaines Mr. Exton for a case, paid the retainer fees and never heard from him unless I called him. Never say down and went over any evidence. Charged me for a phone call in which I tell him info about my case just to go to court and him tell me he didn't know anything about the evidence. Told me he didn't see what they had against me besides a statement. Not sure if this is typical of lawyers but this is what you can expect from him.

I would recommend calling Linde Webb if you want a real estate, trust or eminent domain attorney extremely passionate about protecting your assets and doing the right things right. She has vast experience in winning against state Probate and Government taking situations. Call her to establish a will or trust, and have faith it will be done correctly.
