I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Holt when I was the Director of Real Estate for a Commerical real estate development start up. I have worked with many attorneys in the past, and during my time in that position. Mr/ Holt is a top tier advisor who assisted me in getting many transactions de-risked and over the finish line. I can not wait to work with him again, I highly recommend him and I think anyone would be well served hiring him. Best in class.

The reason for the 3 star's is because we received a charge of $50.00 for a phone conversation explaining the situation. We were really surprised about this, because this is usually want you would call a free consultation. However, he is really good at resolving any issues containing to his practice.
