We are truly so thankful for how Mr. Whetstone was able to help us with the entire process of negotiating with our insurance regarding our roof. He was very kind, professional, prompt and helpful. He explain everything to us in ways we would understand. He was in contact often to keep us updated. He worked very well with the roofing company, Cap City Restoration. He handled everything and updated us throughout the process. Our siding will go up in October and it was literally quick and painless.

Stephen Whetstone handled a dispute with our homeowner's insurance company and was able to secure the payment in full that our roofing contractor estimated our roof to cost. Throughout the process, Stephen did a nice job of keeping us informed as to the progress, or lack of progress he was making. In the end, we did not have to go to court and we are thrilled with the payment he was able to secure. He demonstrated professionalism and we really appreciated that he did not pressure us into further litigation, although that would have been possible. We would definitely used him again!

Steve is a wonderful person as well as being a personable lawyer. He successfully completed our insurance claim on siding and roofing.
