Tom Stebbins is the best lawyer in the city of toledo hands down

Brian is a good lawyer. He helped me out with a simple speeding ticket, and he was successful in negotiating it to a non-moving violation. Zero points. Now, past success is no guarantee of future results, but there is more here than luck. He is respectable in his demeanor and dress, and it is evident that this fosters a positive relationship with prosecuting attorneys and judges. You would think that this is a minimum requirement for a trial lawyer, but I was pretty stunned by some of the specimens of the legal profession I witnessed at the court room. I don't know if his fees are considered high or low; that was not the issue for me. I wanted responsive, quality representation. And that's another thing ... lawyers, as a group, are among the absolute worst on the face of the entire globe for customer service. Not with Brian. He's a real guy. He's realistic. He treats you like a person. And in my case, he got great results.

I was new to traffic violations, and Mr. Brian Morrisey was one of many traffic attorneys I called. Based on how he handled my many many questions and concerns with care and professionalism, it was an easy decision to hire him to represent me. When an unknown event happens in life, it's comforting to have someone who is on your side from start to finish. Lesson learned for me, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through. But bad decisions may be made, and when they do occur, call Mr. Brian Morrissey.

I am 72 years old and Mr. Morrissey represented me on a criminal charge that could have incarcerated me for the rest of my life. Brian prepared and prepared and then prepared some more. If any question came up he called me even on weekends. His preparation paid off. Even though the presecutor had been a prosecutor longer than Brian had been alive, Brian gave him a lesson on how to try a case. He had total control of the law and facts. That linked with his courtroom presence, meant that I barely finished my lunch sandwich before he called to say the verdict was ready.
