Our family recently had an issue with our upstairs neighbor and intervening landlord. We called the Law Office of Jeremy Levy and put in touch with their attorney, Thomas Smallwood. Through several consultations and updates, Thomas gave us a thoughtful plan moving forward. He was kind, sensitive and a careful listener. His pleasant demeanor was apparent from the beginning and personally, I found that very encouraging. Having had some poor experiences with lawyers in the past, Thomas was genuinely a "breath of fresh air". While were able to resolve our conflict without further legal involvement, we would still highly recommend Thomas Smallwood for any dispute you may have as a tenant or a landlord.

I hired Jeremy Levy to represent me concerning my 2 year old Son and setting up my visitation rights, times, and schedules as a “child support paying Father” but ALSO as a Father WANTING & STRIVING to see his Son on a regular basis. I searched and called many attorneys but when I spoke to Mr. Levy; my gut told me he was the best option. A couple months later it proved to be right as he was able to get ALL the times and schedules I asked for! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Especially for FATHERS!

I struggle to write a short review about attorney, Jeremy Levy and his office staff in general because, my case/situation wasn’t simple however; Jeremy stayed for the long haul and provided exemplary representation! I’m from a different state and needed an attorney in Ohio to represent me and after research, I choose Jeremy and so glad I did… He is passionate about his work and doesn’t stop until we get the “win”. It’s not just about the money for Jeremy, he truly cares and is always reachable or always calls back quickly. He is straight forward and tells you how it is so you are fully aware of anything that could happen. I feel this is important because, sometimes it doesn’t go your way however; Jeremy is right by your side and if there’s a way to fight it, appeal a courts decision or time to call it quits, Jeremy will be honest. He is extremely knowledgeable and does his research if needed. BTW- We WON my case after several years and numerous appeals. Without getting into too many details Jeremy pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me and I could not be more grateful. He always took and or returned my calls and he answered all of my questions.
